Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for credit administration procedures and performances by ensuring documentations and records are in order and in compliance with procedures and policies in the areas of credit control, sub-sale, financing, loan documentation and vacant possession.
  • Attends to calls & enquiries from prospects, purchasers, End-Financiers, Solicitors and Intra Department co-ordination.
  • Ensure proper documentations as per SOP compliance.
  • Ensure all purchaser records to be updated into Developer Management system promptly.
  • Issuance of Memo to Finance Department upon receiving Letter of Request for Refund from Purchaser after obtaining consent from the management.
  • Ensure Purchasers' SPA Signing and loan application to panel end-financiers.
  • Ensure the issuance of letter of undertaking and differential sum letter to end-financier's solicitor upon receiving the loan approval notice.
  • Ensure to receive Purchaser duly signed Loan Agreement or Assignment & other relevant loan documents from end-financing Solicitor for Director's execution.
  • Ensure the executed relevant Loan documents return to Purchaser End-Financing Solicitors within timeframe.
  • Ensure the generation of progress billings to Purchaser or End-Financier upon receiving Architect Certificate from Project Department.
  • Ensure the issuance Official receipt the respective parties upon receiving the payment for the billing issued.
  • Ensure the issuance of reminders on non-payment billing to respective Purchaser and subsequent the Notice of Termination to Purchaser who default the payment.
  • Notify Purchaser on the completion of the Project and assist in the handover key to the Purchaser.
  • Assist and attend to Sales & Marketing activities such as sales launch, exhibitions and etc.
  • Attend to any other task-assigned other than departmental duties by superior and/or head of department (if any).

Job Requirements

  • Possess Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in conveyancing or related field.
  • Pleasant personality, independent, and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing/ Management or related disciplines.
  • Those without the required academic qualification but have more than 4 years' working experience in property sales with proven track records are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to intepret architectural and structural drawing.
  • Basic knowledge of civil and structural application in the construction area.
  • Assist in preparing develop strategic proposal & development proposal.
  • Carrying out project research.
  • Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings and other related tasks.
  • Provide a full range of confidential personal assistance to the Executive Director.
  • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Executive Director.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any related fields in Architecture, Construction Management & Building or equivalent.
  • Open for Internship Student.
